Expectations
Please have your home photo ready!

A Housefli photographer will arrive at your home within the allotted time-frame. We will be there for 1-2 hours (depending on the package that has been ordered)
-
We ask that ALL staging, cleaning, and any lawn care be done prior to our arrival. With our busy schedule, we can only spend a specified time at each property
-
If your home is NOT ready, we will, unfortunately, have to reschedule and a fee will be imposed.
Please understand that we are NOT a staging/design company and that our photographers are not responsible and will not:
-
Pick up toys or yard items
-
"Photoshop" vehicles, damaged roofs, power lines, etc.
-
Move trash cans, hoses, recycling bins, plants, etc.
Inclement Weather
Not to worry!

Below are a few tips
We understand that weather can be incredibly fickle so our team tries to be as flexible as we can. Unfortunately, our drones are unable to fly in inclement weather. If this is the case, we will happily reschedule the aerial photo/video portion of the appointmnet free of charge. The on-ground photos/video will continue as scheduled rain or shine.
Our drones are unable to fly if:
If there is any precipitation (i.e. rain, snow, hail, etc.)
Wind speeds are higher than 10 mph
Your home is located within an FAA no-fly zone (we will always check this prior to scheduling)
Photoshop Edits
Sometimes homes aren't quite photo-ready.. there may be a car that was left in the driveway, a sign that should have been removed from the yard or patchy, dead grass. We're here to help! Our team of skilled photo editors are proficient in Photoshop and can edit just about anything in a photo! The price of an edit will vary between photo, but typically costs between $10 - $25/photo.
If you would like to request an edit or want more information, please email us at editingteam@housefli.com.
